Nice work from Rosie Weston at Duston today, a controlled and well executed performance to claim an age group top spot on the podium, and 2nd overall lady.
Rosie through dedication commitment and consistency over a long and hard winter, has given herself every chance of achieving her 2015 goals. Most seniors would shy away from her training schedule!!! Well done Rosie:-)
