Strength and Conditioning
This is a series of Strength and Conditioning sessions designed to complement your training program. The plan is dynamic and will be updated on a regular basis, and you will receive all updates as they occur.
Session cards and explanations are attached to all routines.
Sprint Distance Triathlon (Beginner) 13 Weeks
This is a 13 week beginner plan to prepare you for your first Sprint Distance Triathlon. It is built on a progressive build and the sessions can be moved to suit your requirements. it is assumed that you have a basic level of swim, bike, run fitness. This program contains some high intensity workouts and it is highly recommended that you seek guidance from your doctor before commencing.
