In a full weekend of racing for the Natural Ability athletes Jacqui takes top honours at the Lungbuster Duathlon. Over at the Birmingham Half Marathon Lee fights his way through shinsplints to smash out a 02:11:50, and Graham hits a 02:31:55. A big well done to Ates who in his first full year in triathlon has picked up a third place in the Turkish Age Group Championships. Run over a series of races Ates has consistently been on the podium to claim this overall podium spot.
Following a Skype call Ates is setting the bar even higher for 2014, not only for himself but also the coach...Gulp!!!

A massive welcome to Natural Ability for Lotty Keys.
Coached by Richard this is the first full triathlon season for Lotty. After smashing it up at the Banbury Triathlon this year Lotty recognised that to fully reach her potential the only way was the 'Natural Ability way'.
After speaking with Coach Richard and formulating a plan Lotty has gone from strength to strength. Lotty is now fully commited and focused on 'Reaching her potential', in the 2014 season.

Sprint Distance Triathlon (Beginner) 13 Weeks
This is a 13 week beginner plan to prepare you for your first Sprint Distance Triathlon. It is built on a progressive build and the sessions can be moved to suit your requirements. it is assumed that you have a basic level of swim, bike, run fitness. This program contains some high intensity workouts and it is highly recommended that you seek guidance from your doctor before commencing.
